chemical dependency, codependency and Intervention.
2002 to Present ~ Kaiser Permanente, Santa Clara, CA –
CDRP Chemical Dependency Recovery Program. Created and facilitate a six week
educational workshop for patients of Kaiser’s chemical dependency recovery
program and their families.
1995 to 2000 ~ West Valley College, Saratoga,
California - C-DAAP Drug Diversion Program. Facilitated a court ordered process
group, including individual counseling sessions, conducted exit interviews, and
documented client's progress.
1994 to 1995 ~ Charter Behavioral Health Services
San Jose California - Chemical Dependency Counselor. Facilitated educational
and process groups for adult and adolescent dual diagnosis patients.
1987 to 1994 ~ Good Samaritan Hospital Recovery Center, San Jose, California -
Family Counselor. Collaborated with therapy team to assess family structure,
family involvement in patient's treatment, and patient/family progress. Helped
create and facilitated family programs, including educational lectures, family
conferences, continuing care groups and interventions.
